Maestro Harout Fazlian is the Principal Conductor of the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra. He holds a Ph.D degree in Music Education. In September 2015 he was awarded by the Republic of France“Officier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres”.
Harout Fazlian has conducted concerts in more than 20 countries around the world. He has also conducted in all the major festivals in Lebanon, Baalbeck, Beiteddine and Byblos.
